Let&#8217;s get cracking!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for four hamburgers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 special hamburger buns (recommendations: hamburger bun, round sesame seed buns, seed bread etc).<\/li>\n<li>500 g chopped chicken breast.<\/li>\n<li>Antonio Sotos saffron strands.<\/li>\n<li>2 cucumbers<\/li>\n<li>Boiled potato.<\/li>\n<li>10 or 12 dried tomatoes.<\/li>\n<li>Endive.<\/li>\n<li>Sweet red bell pepper.<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon of turmeric.<\/li>\n<li>Cheddar cheese slices.<\/li>\n<li>Mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>Salt.<\/li>\n<li>Pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hamburgers elaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first thing to do is to prepare the saffron, as it takes longer to make, that&#8217;s why the strands are placed into a spoonful of hot water for steeping. Once the saffron has released its colour and aroma, add the water and blend into the chopped chicken meat in a bowl. \u00a0Add turmeric, salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Using our hands, lightly moistened the meat mixture with the spices, and once obtaining a nice mixture, form into 4 hamburger patties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cut the cucumber into thin slices and add a little ground pepper on top. Cut the sweet bell pepper into slices, add salt, vinegar and marinate for 10-15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lightly oil the grill grate and grill each meat burger patty.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cut the buns in half and \u00a0add a slice of cheddar cheese, a bit of endive, 2 or 3 dried tomatoes depending on the size, cucumber slices, and the meat cooked just right as each diner desires and for mayonnaise lovers a dollop of mayonnaise can be added to imbue the hamburger with a more tender and tastier touch.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Celebrating with a quality burger on National Hamburger Day will be a real treat for the entire whole family.
